FAQ

1. Some businesses offer free postage if I spend over a certain amount. Does Loom Workshop offer this?

Definitely! If you live in New Zealand and are spending over $75, we will pick up the postage tab! This way you can put all your pennies towards your items. 


2. How long will it take to receive my items?

As we are a small business and establishing our stock, we work on a Make-To-Order basis as soon as the shelves are empty. Manufacture, plus postage time around New Zealand, means your order should be at your door within 7 days, often sooner!
3. Can I return an item if it does not fit?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons, so take extra care with choosing your items and sizes. Loom Workshop undies are nice and stretchy, so there is a bit of grace, sizewise.


4. If I am not happy with the product, what should I do?

We are very proud of our products and have strict quality control standards before items leave our workshop. However, if manufacturing flaws, faults or damage have occured at our end, we will of course refund your item, or you can pick a new item of the same value​.
